RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
● If your nails get scratched or misshaped, we will fix them if you notify us within 24 hours of services being rendered.
● If we are to fix your nails, you must make an appointment and come to the salon within 5 days from the initial services.
● No refund or credit due to you for changing your mind after services are rendered.
● We will re-do any service at no cost to you if you are not satisfied with the quality or workmanship. However, you must inform us during or immediately upon completion of the requested services rendered that you are not satisfied.
● Acceptance of services rendered takes place immediately upon exiting the salon.
● You will be charged for repair costs to any nails that were damaged by you, your job, or other activity.
APPOINTMENTS
● Any cancellation requires a 24-hour notice to the salon.
● Arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment.
● Contact the salon immediately if you know you are going to be late. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee completion of services and you may have to re-schedule.
PAYMENT METHODS
● Cash, debit cards, checks, and most credit cards are accepted. Venmo, Cash App, and electronic forms may or may not be acceptable, please ask before services are rendered.
POLICY
● Gift Certificates, Vouchers, and Loyalty Cards may not be cashed out.
● Lost Gift Certificates, Vouchers, and Loyalty Cards cannot be replaced.
PLEASE INFORM THE SALON STAFF IF...
● You are allergic to any of the chemicals or substances used in the process before services are rendered.
● You have any concerns with the staff, the building, or the safety of yourself or anyone else in the salon.
● Anything unusual happens during the process of rendering services such as, but not limited to, previous infections, fungus, or abnormal reactions.
